Having achieved early success as the Vice President of Viardo Promotions he felf encouraged to pursue more and more knowledge across the gambit of the business world. Through his journey, he has had the pleasure of working with some of the music industry's top names, such as Paul McCartney, Elton John, Russ DeSalvo, Ozzy Osbourne, Linkin Park, Aerosmith, The Dave Matthews Band, and Paul Vance.
RJ says, "I have also had the pleasure of learning from some of the greatest minds at some of the most successful companies of our day such as Wal-Mart, Southwest Airlines, Harley Davidson, Indian Motorcycle, Microsoft, America Online, and Sun Microsystems, but the experience that I look forward to the most, is what will happen tomorrow."
